How to Get Here

Better Life Allied Health’s St Leonards Clinic is centrally located near St Leonards Train Station, within the St Leonards Family Medical Centre on Level 1 of the JQZ 88 Shopping Centre. For those driving, one hour of free parking is available in the JQZ 88 Shopping Centre, with the car park entrance on Christie Lane.

The clinic is also fully wheelchair accessible, providing easy access for all visitors.

About Me

Kelly completed the Bachelor degree of Physiotherapy (Honours) at the University of Sydney. She has a special interest in cardiorespiratory physiotherapy and her research area is the association between exercise and hypoglycaemia in people with cystic fibrosis. She is passionate about stroke and post-operation rehabilitation, and has gained many past experience during previous placement where she has successfully helped patients improve their mobility and function. Kelly also enjoys treating musculoskeletal conditions, including back, neck, shoulder and hand. She values the importance of patient-centred care and she focuses on tailoring individualised management to achieve patient’s goals.

Arthur graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy). Arthur perceives the importance of patient-centered care, he provides tailored treatment regime for his patients which integrate education, manual therapy and exercise for a range of conditions with an interest in neck, thoracic spine and ankle. Arthur is interested in all kinds of sports since young and has experienced multiple injuries. He has recognized how a small injury can bring debilitating impacts to one’s physical and mental health. This motivated him to help people to rehabilitate their injuries and prevent future injury.

Michelle graduated with Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Sydney. Michelle’s research area is low back pain, her research topic is Association between trajectory of low back pain and Physical activities as well as sedentary behaviour. Michelle also has special interest on neck, shoulder, thoracic, knee and ankle conditions. Michelle has developed a comprehensive set of skills of dealing with various conditions. Appropriate physiotherapy treatment programs which integrate evidence-based manual therapy and exercise prescription were tailored to each individual patient’s situation, in order to help them handle the pain, emphasize their functional ability as well as prevent re-injury.
