Occupational Therapy
What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational therapy helps individuals of all ages manage daily activities, particularly those who face physical, mental, or cognitive challenges. Occupational therapists develop personalised treatment plans that may include adapting environments, teaching new skills, or using specialised equipment to enhance independence and improve quality of life. Our goal is to assist clients in engaging meaningfully in various aspects of their lives, from work and school to social and home settings.
